We are among the last (or first) bastions of a truly free website, board or list.
Over the lifetime or timeline of the AmpedStatus/Network, we have established something akin to us at our best, even if for only moments at a time interrupted by the spammers and those who intentionally tried to sabotage our meeting place. We are the 99% v .001% of @A99 and #A99 fame; that is We are a decentralized non-violent resistance movement which seeks to restore the rule of law and fight back against the organized criminal class. One of the friendlies reminded me today in a PM, the AmpedStatus/Network was a free gift to us, let’s keep it free! Let’s use it to attract new like-minded friendlies to help us in our 99% v .001% endeavors, as we might help them in theirs.
On Friday, Bob Dodds posted, ”Crusader-owned irregulars, Muslim Brotherhood not al-CIA-duh, want to hire Dick Cheney to tear down the pyramids, KBR-Halliburton, Fluor, foreign infidel slaves just like in the bible to build in Egypt” and ”This will de-Africanize Egypt. Crusaders are racist, misogynist, and kill their brains.”
By coincidence, I took the time to read the text and watch the video Bob linked to because our local cable company (Charter Communications) was down.
Bob’s offerings, which I have studied for more than 30 years, go way over the heads of modern times consumers; the 99%, and likely most of the innocent bystander AmpedStatus/Networkers.
So that said, let’s say it’s all true; that the 33° crowd within the 1% are calling the shots – they will continue to do so until their sources of funding generated through arms manufacturing and sales, and the practice of usury is cut off. In the past 1,200 years or so, in only a few historic times did ordinary people ever even try to break free.
In the time of the Prophet of Islam. But then the Muslims had the Crusaders to contend with;
The Magna Carta era only lasted until King John himself needed a loan;
Spain had some short lived ideas about breaking with the Roman Catholic Church. Martin Luther was somewhat more successful – although that plowing of that ground enabled Hitler to set up a ”regime” all his own in Germany. Here I could also mention the Bolshevism or ten days that shook the world that was lost forever as Communism became Stalinism. End of John Reed and Emma Goldman’s story.
The French Révolution deserves mention for reasons of truth, beauty, freedom and love, or seriously, and what Benjamin Franklin brought back from France for our own revolutionary purposes, Liberté, égalité (equality), and fraternité – speaking of which, our slave-owner founding-father signers of the Declaration of Independence (from King George III), and the Revolutionary War should get some editorial space here too.
The United States victory over Britannia only led to a civil war between the states, over slavery. With the defeat of the southern ”Confederate” states, Institutional Slavery, or state state sanctioned slavery ended. (See#OccupyInstitutionalRacism). Still, 100 years after the Civil War, a Civil Rights Act, and a Voting Rights Act was necessary to affect justice for all, and now, full circle, in 2012, the 99%, regardless of race are back at freeing ourselves from the kind of financial enslavement Blacks had especially known in red-lining and reverse-red-lining at the hands of the 1% and Wall Street bankers, and as though the Voting Rights Act of 1965 never happened, we’re having to fight that battle all over again. Google ”voter” and ”supression” up-together, on the GOP stealing the 2012 elections.
As recently as 1979, Imam Khomeini made the most successful break from the west in 1.500 years with his Islamic revolution. Never mind that his ”revolution” was stolen away from him by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), an Iranian-Fascist regime akin to circa 1933’s Mussolini-Hitler.
There is a saying out there in the world of #Anonymous, #Occupy and the 99%; ”All roads lead to Wall Street.”
If the 99% can effectively ”occupy” Wall Street, what are the #OWS going to do then?
If it isn’t to ”nationalize* the banks and ban usury, then we’ll just be getting more of the same – leaving us at best with some variation of lock-step-citizenry German and Italian Nazism, or Iranian-Fascism – right here in the USA! That has been the trend anyhow since Dick Nixon and George HW Bush, and as on-steroids during the PNAC’s Cheney-Bush White House (neocon) years.
*Nationalizing implies socialism. So would it stop at the banks when health and housing and education and immigration and jobs and union issues are still out there? Well, Fidel, that’s another discussion for another day, Che. Or, as we say in the making friends is our business trade, ”Meetcha in da lobbies!”
