I have been fighting the taxman, successfully, using the UCC loophole since 1995 – which was the year I was audited and taken to cleaners by them. However, not until you provided your link, I had no idea it was based on bankruptcy. That theory appears to be consistent and fits in with other information. Unless you were already aware of it, the bigger picture is painted here:
