They have been planning for the collapse of society after the oil runs too low and the economy gets so bad that even Americans go into revolt.
Continuity of Government is the name for military dictatorship in American in the event of any catastrophe that entails the breakdown of normal government operations.
It can be in the case of natural disasters, attacks during war, but they know they will need this structure in place some day, because they know that our money system sets us up for collapse once the economy stops growing.
This is just one document of many in a tightly planned command-and-control system for maintaining power and control in any emergency and every eventuality.

Spokane has been co-opted out to the Easter Wa demarcates and a group calling them selves the free thinkers. i believe we will be ordered to leave our spot after they have the March on Sat. i have been asked to keep the cannabis group out of marches and major amounts of $$ have been collected and a savigns account started all in the name of occ Spokane all of the people who donated have different impressions of what this is .. please understand the Spokane group that holds true to #ESR is only about 4 or 5 the rest have been brainwashed by others.. I am about to scrub it all and start over in a different spot. there has been a lot of press on Spokane even n interview wtih NPR ..please advise.

IT has been suggested by some that we start flying the flag upside down as a sign of distress. the vest at occ have offered to stay with it 24/365 to answer questions. The 10th of OCT is the reason for this. please provide feedback that is constructive and full thought out the taking down of the NYSE is a serious and real thing. IT needs to be addressed.
