me dear auntie, 88-yo, a socialist-at-heart since her college days at Berzerkley circa late 1940s, lives just a few miles from her daughter and son-in-law who seem to have altogether missed sociological or social conscience or consciousness where politics is concerned. They don’t talk politics, and think she’s a little bit nuts for what they deem her compulsion. Talk about isolated, were it not for a few who #OccupyKalispell (Montana) with her on Saturdays, she really would be alone – we talk long distance a couple of times a week. She sent me a subscription to The Nation so when we run out of topics of our own, which we never do, we can pick up on some of The Nation’s which are also ours. I like banning usury and banning ”revolving door” baksheesh; she likes ”fracking” and Keystone and ALEC as topics of conversation, but generally speaking, a lifetime of family stories aside, some, neither of us have ever told or heard before, most of the AmpedStatus/Network ”goals” and big ”D” Democratic politics are what we share in our telephone chat time.

There is something to be said for Zen Gardner’s ”All the Lonely People .. Connected!” reference to The Matrix (the movie), which I’ve seen (or run as background noise) 100 or 200 times – me auntie has seen it only once, a dozen years ago, and she said she couldn’t hear the dialogue very well, and didn’t quite ”get it” although she lives in a variation of it every day, with her daughter and son-in-law who themselves by virtue or lack thereof in their so adamantly rejecting participation in the process, even finding themselves subliminally repelled from engaging in thought beyond a perfectly imagined utopian-like (As Seen On TV or Leave It to Beaver) status quo, or I’ve got mine, to hell with everybody else. And just like in The Matrix (the movie), these loved ones are the 99% actualized but who so far have yet to be awakened from their dream world, but who instead of waking up could just as easily flip the other way; into becoming soldiers for the 1% – taking the same kind of bribes and baksheesh (رشاوى وبقشيش) as we’re trying to stop on K Street. How reliant can we be on these sleepers whose sedative is their addiction to unearned money? The answer is always getting the money out; that is, cutting off the K Street source of funding, by cutting Wall Street’s source of funding, by cutting off ”income” and payoff money schemes and derivatives derived solely from and for making more money. Of course, I cite usury and ”interest” (rate) fees as the ”derivative” and the ultimate capitalistic scam that is unnecessarily applied to humanity through the stats quo political and financial process globally, on Main Street, and in the neighborhoods and local fiefdoms.

As per the Are You Alone? Or Strategically Placed! piece, and except for having fallen down and broken my hip on New Years Day, and I didn’t get home from the hospital for a month, and then due to some physical therapy exercises that tweaked my shoulder and some little bones disintegrated in my back, and that kept me on my back with narcotics to match through February, and which now has taken most of March to more or less recover from, I tend to believe we’re in the right place at the right time. surveillance and intelligence gathering as a two-edged sword

We (any one of us and all of us) are our own ”intelligence” clearinghouse. Nobody is going to do it for us, as half of the We the People’s government’s bureaucracies are actually working against the 99% because that’s what they (the 1% – yes, we know who they are and we know where they live) require of their mindless, paper shuffling bureaucrats.

Neither the #Occupy-related nor the #Anonymous-related are singled out as subversives or enemies of the state. Indeed, in the eyes of the ”Big Brother” agencies* [Department of Homeland Security (DHS); Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (INS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), DoD, CIA, US Secret Service Intelligence Division, FBI - also see the Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC), a strategic partnership between DHS, the FBI and the private sector], the 99% as a movement and as individuals who write e-mail with the word ”Obama” in it are lumped together with the Christian Right Tea Party, Ruby Ridge and Waco (Oklahoma City) militias, paramilitary survivalists, marauder and ”patriot” groups; neo-Nazis skinheads, gun club and volunteer fire departments that front for variations of the Ku Klux Klan, NeighborhoodWatch (nightrider) vigilantes (as was discovered conjoined with the Sanford Police Department in Florida), and Wall Street (as classic Fascists; the combination of business, government and religion) and their militant arm; Blackwater mercenaries and remnants of the Cheney-Bush White House (neocon) GHWB-CIA.

Neither do domestic (anti-war) peace groups or (liberation theology) churches escape Department of Homeland Security surveillance.

It is our responsibility to get the message out: ”We aren’t the enemy!” Time wasted by DHS spying on us takes them away from investigating the real anti-government provocateurs, and those who pose the most danger to President Obama.

we have to guard against our local police department being co-opted by outside or up-the-line agents provocateurs, or FEMA-like bureaucrats. Local law enforcement is answerable to us; our city councils, and the mayors we elect. Some volunteer(s) of whoever is our (local) #Occupy should at very least liaison with the city fathers. Make sure they understand, ”we are a decentralized non-violent resistance movement which seeks to restore the rule of law…” We are not the enemy, and to act accordingly. It would also behoove #OccupyLocal to have an outreach thumb on the food chain pulse; from Freddy’s (or Kroger) and Safeway to the local Food Share, in case something does go wrong.

“I’m heading up there tonight in my dress blues. So far, 15 of my fellow marine buddies are meeting me there, also in Uniform.

I want to send the following message to Wall St and Congress:

I didn’t fight for Wall St. I fought for America. Now it’s Congress’ turn.

My true hope, though, is that we Veterans can act as first line of defense between the police and the protester. If they want to get to some protesters so they can mace them, they will have to get through the Fucking Marine Corps first. Let’s see a cop mace a bunch of decorated war vets.
