“hegemony of arrogance.” Meaning the “leadership or predominant influence exercised by one nation over others, as in a confederation.” (THE U.S.A. and allies) are leading their charge with arrogance. The comment also has a defiant over tone.
This verbiage suggests to me Iran is willing to play ball, IF it’s leaders get a piece of the pie. I think it is important to note that NEW WORLD ORDER is used so openly.
To put another way I think he is saying …stop fucking with us, include us and we will conform to NWO.

There is nothing Iran would enjoy more than to live in peace. Elements within the US (PNAC’s Cheney-Bush White House (neocon) still quite active leftovers, and the Zionist Likudniks in the Israeli government are making peace impossible. End of story… Or, it could be… Russia too is concerned about via Iran and Syria, and Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, the US is on the Ruskies’ doorstep. Or in a nuke-free Middle East, Israel can have nukes but Iran can’t? Never mind. It should be noted that neither the lame duck (Mahmoud Ahmadinejad), nor the next president, nor the Supreme (spiritual) Leader leader (Ali Khamenei) nor do the clerics in Iran have any say anymore. Iran is run by the Islamic (in name only) Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). They effect the lives of ordinary Iranians in no different a way than the 1% have a stranglehold over ordinary 99% Americans. The IRGC does it with 1984 a la Orwell and 1933 Nazi-like control, whereas in the US and throughout the rest of the world, except middle eastern and predominantly Muslim countries, the 1% controls the populations via credit cards, checking accounts, home mortgages, and Wall Street moneychangers. (See the no-usury discussion group). The IRGC is Iran’s banks, Military Industrial Complex (defense contractors) ”religion” and secret police (state) all rolled into one.
They have domestic ”Green Revolution” problems of their own. They don’t want war with the US or anyone else. But the US doesn’t want to lose the control they already lost over Iran back in 1979. The PNAC, Cheney-Bush White House (neocon), and the Zionist Likud Israelis don’t want to give it up. Iranian nukes is the only card they’ve got to play, and if they could, they would play it all the way to WWIII , which of course profits the 1%-owned US defense contractors.
