    ”Peak Government”

While I spend a lot of time highlighting TPTB’s plan to form a world government, currency and central bank that doesn’t mean I think they will succeed. In fact, just as Wall Street played their hand too aggressively after being bailed out and are now going to go down for the count this round, The Powers That Be have also played their hand way too aggressively and not only will their dream of planetary control through a global fiat money system run by them completely fail, but their policies will fail so spectacularly and publicly that it will lead to what I call ”peak government.” Governments right at the moment are as big as they will ever be in our lifetimes. This is in my opinion a great thing for humanity and freedom but the transition to more localized rule of law will be tricky. We must be rational and help the sheep out as their world crumbles around them. They will be scared and looking for mommy. Governments won’t be in a position to help so we will need to do the heavy lifting.

Mike Krieger Exposes ”The Big Lie”

I feel completely blessed to be alive right now. To be a witness and participant in a moment in human history that will be written about and passed down in tales for as long as humanity remains on this planet. We are currently observing the evaporation of what Nazis referred to as “The Big Lie.” In very basic terms the concept of The Big Lie is that if you are going to lie you may as well lie big. So big in fact that the majority of well meaning citizenry could never imagine anyone lying on such a grand scale (particularly not their government “officials”) so that they don’t even question the basis of their own reality. In the case of the United States the Big Lie is that we have a free market capitalist economy. Instead we have a corporatist/fascist economy that enriches three main groups. Wall street financiers, the military industrial complex and large multi-national corporations that don’t pay taxes. So that begs the question, how can the American people be so brainwashed into thinking they live in this false reality? It’s very easy. It’s all about the money.

The so called ’Constitution,’ there is more than one, is suspended during a time of war & martial law rules. SInce the Civil War America, per se, has been in an undeclared state of Martial Law! There are no De Jure seats occupied in the De Facto Government in Washington D.C. which, in reality, is a foreign Corporation! You’ve been hoodwinked America! The Unioted States of America doesn’t exist! You’re a satrapy of the U.N. Thanks, FDR! Oh, it was a long time in preparation before FDR put the pendulum into full swing! The President HAS dicatatorial Powers becasue he is COMMANDER IN CHIEF!

Take the Republic back by voting for De Jure candidates to fill those empty De Jure seats in both houses. Elect a de jure president if you think such things are important. But as long as ’The Money Power’ holds sway over your lives you will never be free regardless of what form of legal slavery you practice in the form of governments…

Free men do not need governments!

What Happened to the American Declaration of War?

The following by George Friedman of Stratfor should be required reading for EVERY American citizen for deep thought and contemplation. Particularly, since Barack “change and peace prize” Obama just authorized the U.S. to launch missiles into Libya without consulting with Congress. Instead he keeps saying the “internationally community” this and the “UN approved” that. Who the hell does this guy think he is and what sort of twisted precedent has King Obama just set for future tyrants?

Good quotes from the piece here:

“From my simple reading, the Constitution is fairly clear on the subject: Congress is given the power to declare war. At that moment, the president as commander in chief is free to prosecute the war as he thinks best. But constitutional law and the language of the Constitution seem to have diverged. It is a complex field of study, obviously.”
“And now in Libya, we have reached the point that even resolutions are no longer needed.”
“It is said that there is no precedent for fighting al Qaeda, for example, because it is not a nation but a subnational group. Therefore, Bush could not reasonably have been expected to ask for a declaration of war. But there is precedent: Thomas Jefferson asked for and received a declaration of war against the Barbary pirates. This authorized Jefferson to wage war against a subnational group of pirates as if they were a nation.”
“I began by talking about the American empire. I won’t make the argument on that here, but simply assert it. What is most important is that the republic not be overwhelmed in the course of pursuing imperial goals. The declaration of war is precisely the point at which imperial interests can overwhelm republican prerogatives.”

great read Michael. Also check out this similar piece:

Costliest government ’program’ of all? Undeclared wars

Congress’s habit of ignoring Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution has arguably cost taxpayers trillions. And now it seems to be happening again, with Obama’s military action in Libya.

Corporate Welfare: GE and GOOGLE…They Don’t Pay Taxes!

So below I have two stories for you that are MUST reads. They basically summarize America today under Barack “Change and Noble Peace Prize” Obama and the big corporations he whores himself to. As others have pointed out Obama is a corporatist/fascist not a socialist. He believes in socialism for the rich and connected and harsh free market forces on the poor and marginalized. We are led by disgusting creatures that have totally sold us out. So not only does GE employ a tax department staff of 975 people to avoid taxes, but they were still about to go bankrupt in 2008 (like Buffet) without the backdoor bailouts. Oh and now guess what Immelt gets as a reward for doing all this? He gets to run economic policy at the White House. Meanwhile the GOOGLE boys are always hobnobbing with Obama they should just open an office at 1600 Pennsylvania avenue. And let’s not forget Daley the new Chief of Staff was JPM exec. The joke is on us. Go USA!

Some excerpts from GE article: “Its extraordinary success is based on an aggressive strategy that mixes fierce lobbying for tax breaks and innovative accounting that enables it to concentrate its profits offshore. G.E.’s giant tax department, led by a bow-tied former Treasury official named John Samuels, is often referred to as the world’s best tax law firm. Indeed, the company’s slogan “Imagination at Work” fits this department well. The team includes former officials not just from the Treasury, but also from the I.R.S. and virtually all the tax-writing committees in Congress.”
“Such strategies, as well as changes in tax laws that encouraged some businesses and professionals to file as individuals, have pushed down the corporate share of the nation’s tax receipts — from 30 percent of all federal revenue in the mid-1950s to 6.6 percent in 2009.”
“The shelters are so crucial to G.E.’s bottom line that when Congress threatened to let the most lucrative one expire in 2008, the company came out in full force. G.E. officials worked with dozens of financial companies to send letters to Congress and hired a bevy of outside lobbyists.”
“Minimizing taxes is so important at G.E. that Mr. Samuels has placed tax strategists in decision-making positions in many major manufacturing facilities and businesses around the globe. Mr. Samuels, a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Chicago Law School, declined to be interviewed for this article. Company officials acknowledged that the tax department had expanded since he joined the company in 1988, and said it now had 975 employees.”

Ok…and now for “Don’t be Evil” Google. This article is from late last year but is INCREDIBLE. Look at what they do to avoid paying the government taxes. Ever heard of the “Double Irish” and “Dutch Sandwich”? You will now. This is how google makes so much money, they dodge taxes and screw us.
Quote: “Google’s transfer pricing contributed to international tax benefits that boosted its earnings by 26 percent last year, company filings show. Based on a rough analysis, if the company paid taxes at the 35 percent rate on all its earnings, its share price might be reduced by about $100, said Clayton Moran, an analyst at Benchmark Co. in Boca Raton, Florida. He recommends buying Google stock, which closed yesterday at $607.98.”

The US tax system is an organized criminal operation. This is a problem for the progressive wing – there are exciting movements like US Uncut [ ] that rightfully go after thugs like GE and BofA, but they don’t seem to address the inherent evil that is our tax system. the old ”hacking at the branches, but not the root”

    Radiation Hits Alaska

To all those on the West Coast. Stay safe and follow your gut not the bull shit the government may tell you.

Alert: Radiation from Stricken Japanese Plant Reaches Alaska

    Kurt Nimmo
    March 16, 2011
Radiation from the Fukishima Daiichi nuclear power plant disaster has reached Alaska, according to the state commissioner of health and social services in that state. He said the state has detected a “very small increase in radiation levels – well below levels that would be a health concern.”
“Right now, we don’t expect any radiation to affect Alaska,” Chris Laborde, the state’s emergency program manager, told KTVA in Alaska.
State bureaucrats failed to note that the amount of radiation that has reached Alaska is from the smaller magnitude release from the stricken plant last week. Since then, the plant has released considerably more radiation after explosions and fires ravaged the site in Fukushima. It takes several days for prevailing winds to deliver the radiation across the Pacific Ocean.
State officials describe monitoring radiation levels at stations throughout the state – in Juneau, Anchorage and Fairbanks – with technology that transmits the information to state and federal computers.
Earlier in the week, a nuclear expert noted that the large quantity of irradiated nuclear fuel released from the Japanese plant would make the disaster far worse than the Chernobyl nuclear reactor catastrophe of 25 years ago.
“Up to 100 percent of the volatile radioactive Cesium-137 content of the pools could go up in flames and smoke, to blow downwind over large distances,” warned Kevin Kamps. “Without cooling water, the irradiated nuclear fuel could spontaneously combust in an exothermic reaction.”
Alex Jones’ flagship news websites, and Prison, warned that the calamity now unfolding would be far worse than government and the corporate media said last week. Although government – including the state government of Alaska – continues to downplay this unprecedented disaster, the corporate media seems to be coming around, albeit slowly.
In the days ahead, the monitoring stations in Alaska and elsewhere in the United States will begin to report drastically elevated levels of radiation and bureaucrats will be obliged to tell the truth.
