People have already known or at least have been somewhat aware of the the topics the article discusses for many years. This type of corruption is nothing new. It's been going on for thousands of years all over the world. It's a fundamental human problem that really has nothing to do with the United States government or financial elites. Yes, the American people have been dupes, divided amongst themselves and used by the few since colonial times. Yes, the government has corruption at high levels and doesn't truly represent the people or it's mission. The same can be said for all of our institutions. Yes, there are powerful elites who work together to preserve their dominance and push their ideas and agendas, etc. All of this has been known. Unfortunately, the solutions offered won't work because there is no infrastructure to support any action taken in their direction. The people depend too much on the services rendered by the very apparatus they wish to dismantle. People want to live comfortably, and support their families. All of their energy is tied into feeding and supporting the apparatus and they get their livelihood from the apparatus, and they have no viable alternative platform from which to stage and offensive. Since the people are so dependent and their survival depends on the system, there is nothing that they can do without outright sacrificing their lives. And no one wants to die, so no one will do anything unless there is an alternative space from which they can live and project themselves against that which is feeding off of them. However, by Law, things will change many years into the future and there will be truthful and honest government until it is once again usurped by fraudulence... and the cycle continues.
